The ECCO Leather Vault was a B2C webshop (2022–2025) created to make ECCO Leather’s experimental leathers accessible to a broader creative audience; from students and makers to small brands and designers. The Vault offered one-off and small-batch leathers developed in the ECCO Leather Design Studio, giving unused materials a second life and reducing waste.
In 2024, we launched the Digital Vault, allowing creatives to explore and test leathers digitally within their own designs. This marked ECCO Leather’s entry into the 3D design space, bridging craftsmanship and digital innovation. The project gained international exposure, including a feature on Hypebeast.
My role
I had full ownership of the webshop, from setup and development to day-to-day operations. This included product uploads and inventory management, product photography and content creation, order handling and logistics, stakeholder and customer management, and marketing across Instagram, TikTok, email and Google Ads. I also managed ambassador collaborations and analysed performance to continuously improve the platform.
