Events Production Assistant

As assistant to the lead event producer, I supported the execution of ECCO Leather’s events and activations, helping translate creative concepts into well-organised, high-impact experiences. This ranged from large in-house events like HOTSHOP and DECOM to international activations during Salone del Mobile and Copenhagen Fashion Week. Each event focused on material innovation, craftsmanship and community building, bringing together designers, artists and industry partners.

Highlighted projects
At HOTSHOP 17 – Material Matters, I supported the full four-day event at ECCO Leather HQ, assisting with production, branding, print materials, merchandise, the aftermovie and online communication.

For DECOM, I acted as host and main point of contact during the event, supporting production, on-site branding, content creation and post-event communication.

I also supported internal events and international activations, including the interactive Material Matters exhibition during Salone del Mobile and the Copenhagen Fashion Week panel talk A New Paradigm: Turning Material and Technology into Creative Expression.

My role
I supported planning, setup and execution, coordinated logistics and on-site operations, and assisted with workshops, activations and content capture; always focused on creating smooth, engaging and well-organised experiences for guests.
