Campaign production for four new leather concepts.

At ECCO Leather, we explored new ways to push material innovation through a series of four concept collections: Burned, Shadows, Equestrian Biker and Fourth Dimension. Each collection told its own story through experimental leather design, using texture, colour and technique as storytelling tools rather than just materials.

My role
I coordinated the creative direction of the editorials and all sales assets, worked closely with the leather designers on editorial copy, and led the social media strategy and content around each release - from teasers to process-driven storytelling. I also coordinated the editorial photoshoots and handled in-house product photography.

Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with graphic designers, leather designers, product managers and brand managers to ensure the collections were communicated clearly and consistently across all channels.
