Events Production Assistant

As assistant to the lead event producer, I supported the execution of ECCO Leather’s events and activations, helping translate creative concepts into structured, high-impact experiences.

This ranged from large-scale in-house events like HOTSHOP and DECOM to international activations during Salone del Mobile and Copenhagen Fashion Week. Each event focused on material innovation, craftsmanship and community, bringing together designers, artists and industry partners.

My role
I was involved across planning, setup and on-site execution, supporting both the production and the overall experience.

At HOTSHOP 17 (Material Matters), I worked across the full four-day programme, assisting with production, branding, print and merchandise, as well as the aftermovie and online communication.

During DECOM, I acted as point of contact, supporting on-site production, content creation and post-event communication.

Across other activations, including Salone del Mobile and Copenhagen Fashion Week, I contributed to exhibitions, talks and workshops, helping coordinate logistics, manage on-site operations and capture content.

My focus throughout was on making sure everything ran smoothly while contributing to a cohesive and engaging experience for visitors.
